The post-dated cheque for Rs.4,50,000/- deposited by the appellants with the Registrar General has been encashed. 2.

The Registrar General is directed to disburse Rs.4,50,000/- to respondent No.2 Rajo @ Rajo Devi in the following manner: (i) Rs.4 lakh be kept in 8 FDRs of Rs.50,000/- each, in the name of respondent No.2 Rajo @ Rajo Devi, for the period 1 year, 11⁄2 year, 2 years, 21⁄2 years, 3 years, 31⁄2 years, 4 years and 41⁄2 years respectively with cumulative interest.

(ii) The balance amount, after keeping Rs.4 lakh in FDRs, be released to the respondent No.2 by transferring the same to her savings bank account No.92682030000015 with Syndicate Bank, New Najafgarh Road, Bahadurgarh Branch (IFSC No. SYNB0009268). 3.

All the original FDRs shall remain with UCO Bank, Delhi High Court Branch. However, the statement containing FDR number, amount, date of

maturity and maturity amount shall be furnished by UCO Bank to the respondent No.2.

The maturity amounts of the FDRs be released to respondent No.2 in her aforesaid savings bank account.

No loan or advance or pre-mature discharge shall be permitted without the permission of this Court.

Syndicate Bank, Bahadurgarh Branch shall permit respondent No.2 to withdraw money from her savings bank account by means of a withdrawal form.

List for reporting compliance on 15th March, 2019. 8.

Copy of this order be given dasti to counsel for the parties under the signature of the Court Master.
