After arguments, this appeal is disposed of with the consent order that the respondent/defendant, as a matter of ex gratia payment i.e not on merits, will give the appellant a sum of Rs.4,25,000/- and on such amount being received, the appellant will not have any claim whatsoever or pursue any claim whatsoever against the respondent/employer with respect to any relationship which the appellant may have had with the respondent. The aforesaid amount of Rs.4,25,000/- be paid by the respondent to the appellant on or before 31.12.2018.

The appeal is accordingly disposed of, in terms of the aforesaid
