O R D E R

% 12.10.2017 It is submitted that petitioners and respondent no. 2 have settled their disputes amicably before the Mediation Centre, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi dated 9th November, 2015; therefore, FIR No.188/2012 under Sections 452/323/34 IPC registered at Police Station Timarpur on the complaint of respondent no.2, may be quashed.

Respondent no. 2 is present in Court along with his counsel and submits that he has now settled the matter with the petitioners, who are his neighbours, of his own free will, voluntarily and without any undue force, pressure or coercion. Respondent no. 2 further submits that he is not willing to pursue the FIR any further and the same

may be quashed.

A perusal of the FIR shows that a quarrel took place between the petitioners and respondent no. 2 on some trivial issues, which had led to registration of the present FIR.

Keeping in view the fact that petitioners and respondent no. 2 have settled their disputes amicably being neighbours, accordingly, in the interest of justice, FIR No.188/2012 under Sections 452/323/34 IPC registered at Police Station Timarpur and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed.

Petition is disposed of in the above terms. Dasti. A.K. PATHAK, J.
