% 16.04.2018 Vide the present petition, the petitioner has sought a direction to the respondent/University to re-schedule the IPU-CET for admission to B.Tech/B.E. (Course Code 131) being conducted by the respondent on 13th May, 2018.

Ms.Sahani who appears on advance notice for the respondent, submits that even though the respondent had made an effort in the month of February itself, to change the date but were unable to do so due to non-availability of any centres for holding the examination on any other date. She has handed over a copy of the e-mail dated 20th February, 2018, in this regard.

In view of the aforesaid statement made by learned counsel for the respondent, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to withdraw the petition as not pressed.

The petition is disposed of as not pressed.
