This petition has been filed by the Petitioner under Section 439(2) Cr.P.C. read with Section 482 Cr.P.C. challenging the order dated 13.03.2018, passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge/Special Judge, NDPS, Tis Hazari Courts (West), Delhi and further seeking cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to Respondents No.2 and 3 vide order dated 30.03.2017 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge-04, West District, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi.

Learned counsel for Respondents No.2 and 3 has handed over a copy of the order dated 10.01.2020 whereby Respondents No.2 and 3 have been granted regular bail by the learned Trial Court. Copy of the order is taken on record.
