The Matter has been placed before us in the National Lok Adalat with the consent of the parties who are present through their counsel. 2.

The parties have settled the dispute. The Cholamandalam General Insurance Company Limited-Respondent has agreed to pay a lump sum enhancement of Rs.4,00,000/- over and above the Award of the MACT amounting to Rs.14,58,072/-.

At request of the learned counsel for the Cholamandalam General Insurance Company Limited-Respondent, thirty days time is granted to the insurance company to deposit the cheque with the Secretary, Delhi High Court Legal Services Committee, failing which it will carry interest @ 9% per annum on delayed deposit.

Delhi High Court Legal Services Committee shall release the said amount of Rs.4,00,000/- to the appellants/claimants Vinod, Parmod, Trilok and Beero in proportion of Rs.1,00,000/- each subject to verification of their identity and in terms of the Award of the Tribunal. 5.

The insurance company shall prepare four separate cheques of Rs.1,00,000/- each in favour of each of the claimants. 6.

The matter is accordingly settled.

This Award be placed on the record of the case. 8.

The file be consigned.
