Counsels for parties point out to the settlement agreement dated 18th November 2025 arrived at before the Delhi High Court Mediation & Conciliation Centre, which has been placed on record. 2.
The Court has perused said agreement and finds it to be lawful and in order.

In terms of the settlement agreement, it has been agreed as under: "3. Now, it is agreed between the parties that out of the total amount awarded as compensation i.e.
Rs.29,64,946/- (Rupees Twenty Nine Lakhs Sixty Forty Thousand Nine Hundred Forty Six Only) 12% amount i.e. Rs.3,55,800/- (Rupees Three Lakhs Fifty Five Thousand Eight Hundred Only), alongwith accumulated interest from 20.02.2025 may be released to Appellant and the remaining entire balance amount alongwith accumulated interest may be released in favour of the claimants/Respondents, in terms of the The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. Accordingly, the appeal is disposed of in terms of above settlement agreement.
