The present petition has been filed under Sections 482 read with Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 seeking prearrest bail in respect of FIR No.
512/2024 under Sections 109(1)/125/333/324(6)/3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Sections 25/27 of the Arms Act, 1959 at Police Station Sangam Vihar. 2.
At the outset, APP for the State informs the Court that Petitioner has been arrested in connection with FIR No. 9/2025 under Sections 25/27 of the Arms Act, 1959 at Police Station, Rajouri Crime Branch. 3.
Notwithstanding the aforenoted arrest, counsel for Applicant states that in light of the judgment of the Apex Court in Dhanraj Aswani v. Amar C. However, after making some submissions, counsel for Applicant states that he would like to withdraw the present application and seeks liberty to apply afresh whenever the need so arises. 5.
Accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn, along with pending application, with liberty as aforesaid.
