By way of the present application, the applicant seeks grant of interim bail for a period of 30 days in FIR bearing No.41/2025, registered at Police Station Badli, Delhi for the commission of offences punishable under Sections 103(1)/3(5) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 (hereafter 'BNS'). 4.

Issue notice. The learned APP accepts notice on behalf of the State. 5.

This Court notes that the surgery of the mother of the applicant was scheduled for 21.11.2025 and therefore, he was granted interim bail with effect from 13.11.2025 to 15.12.2025. for 23.12.2025 and therefore, he should have surrendered before the Jail Authorities and could have applied for interim bail afresh. 6.
