Considering the earlier bail application of the applicant herein was dismissed by the learned Trial Court on 02.12.2025, that too on the very same facts, circumstances and grounds raised as also the arguments addressed before this Court, and since the present application was filed on the very next day, i.e. 03.12.2025 thereof and there are no change of circumstances between then and the filing of the present application, learned counsel for the applicant seeks to withdraw the present application with liberty to initiate appropriate steps in accordance with law. 2.

Accordingly, the application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
