First Bail Application under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner / Applicant Himanshu for grant of Interim Bail in FIR No.0820/2017 under Sections 302/34/120B IPC and Sections 25/54/59 of Arms Act, registered at Police Station: Mangol Puri, Delhi.

Interim Bail has been sought on the ground that the Applicant is suffering from multiple serious medical ailments. He is experiencing severe difficulty in breathing, for which he is undergoing treatment at Dr. Baba Saheb Ambedkar Hospital and he is also getting treatment of the same from Jail Hospital/medical facilities. He is also suffering from Lower Back Ache and related spinal issues, for which treatment is getting treatment both at Dr. Baba Saheb Ambedkar Hospital and Safdarjung Hospital. His MRI is required to be done on 03.07.2026, is causing undue delay and deterioration of his health condition. He is suffering from Bleeding Per Rectum (P/R) and is facing significant difficulty in performing his day-to-day routine activities The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. It is further submitted that he is not receiving proper and adequate medical facilities in Jail. He is suffering from ailments, which require immediate and continuous specialized care, which is not available in the Jail Hospital. He had been earlier granted Interim Bail, which he never misused. Prayer is therefore, made for granting Interim Bail for two months. 4.
Learned APP for the State submits that in this year itself, the Applicant has got Interim Bail on two phases for about six months, despite which, he is again claiming Interim Bail for two his treatment. 5.
Medical Status Report has also affirmed the details mentioned in the Application. It is also stated that the Applicant is suffering from Burning Micturition and abdominal pain, for which, his Ultrasound has been done on 16.12.2025 at Dr. BSA Hospital and thereafter, he has been prescribed appropriate medication / treatment.

The Medical Status Report shows that the Applicant is getting proper treatment at the Hospital and all his tests are being getting done and is being given appropriate medicines.

At this stage, no ground for grant of Interim Bail are made out. 8.
Application is accordingly, dismissed. Pending Applications, if any, also stand disposed of.
