By way of this application, the petitioner seeks grant of regular bail in connection with FIR No. 649/2021 registered at Police Station Shastri Nagar, for the offences punishable under Sections 392/394/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.

At the very outset, Mr. Omkar Sharma, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission to withdraw this application without prejudice to his rights to approach the Sessions Court. 3.

The bail application is dismissed as withdrawn in terms of the above submission.

It is made clear that this Court has not made any observations on the merits of the proposed application.
