By virtue of the present application under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, the applicant seeks extension of interim bail granted to him by order dated 09.03.2026 passed by this Court for a further period of forty five days in e-FIR No.016133/2024 dated 06.06.2024 registered at PS: Nangloi, West, New Delhi under Section 3 of the Maharashtra Control of Organised Crime Act, 1999 (MCOC Act) read with Sections 379/401/468/471/120B of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (IPC).
