By virtue of the present petition, the petitioner, inter alia, seeks directions to the learned Judge, Family Court, West District, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi (learned Family Court) to decide and dispose of the matter being HMA No.3381/2023 in a time-bound manner, preferably within a period of three to six months.

Though, this Court is well aware that it ought not to dictate the learned Family Court as to how to run its roster, however, in the interest of justice, as also since the present petition is arising out of matrimonial discord inter se the parties, the learned Family Court is requested to adjudicate the aforesaid HMA No.3381/2023 as expeditiously as possible, albeit, considering its daily board, preferably within a period of six months.
