This petition has been preferred on behalf of the Petitioner under Article 227 of the Constitution of India laying a challenge to order dated 30.08.2025 passed by the learned District Judge (Commercial-03), South Saket District Court, directing that the application of the Defendant under Order VII Rule 10 will be taken up for disposal before proceeding further. 4.

Learned counsel for Respondent submits that during the pendency of this petition, application under Order VII Rule 10 was heard and dismissed vide order dated 13.01.2026.
