CRL.M.C. 8894/2025 3.

Petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (hereinafter referred to as 'Cr.PC')/Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (hereinafter referred to as 'B.N.S.S.'), has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner, for quashing of FIR No. 612/2024 under Section 376/506 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, registered at Police Station Malviya Nagar.

Learned APP on behalf of the State, submits that the Charge-Sheet already stands filed and the quashing of the said FIR has been sought on the merits of the Case, which can be agitated before the learned Trial Court at the appropriate stage.
