% 13.12.2018 Petitioner who appears in person submits that compliance has been made by respondents but belatedly.
Learned counsel for respondents submits that a representation to claim the MACP benefit has already been filed by petitioner but there is no order to grant MACP benefit to petitioner. However, it is expected that petitioner's representation seeking benefit of MACP would be expeditiously decided by the concerned authority.
Since the compliance of order of 23rd May, 2017 has been made, therefore, this petition is disposed of as satisfied. (SUNIL GAUR) JUDGE DECEMBER 13, 2018/p'ma
