By way of this petition, the petitioner seeks quashing of FIR No. 488/2023 dated 20.11.2023, registered at Police Station Amar Colony, District South-East, New Delhi, under Sections 285/338 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, alongwith all consequential proceedings emanating therefrom, on the ground of settlement.

After some hearing, Mr. Mubashshir Javaid Siddiqui, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission to withdraw this petition. 3.
