Petitioner has moved the abovesaid application seeking withdrawal of the present petition.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has already filed a petition under Section 34 of the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996 and, in view of the above, he is no longer interested in pursuing with the present petition and, without prejudice to his rights and contentions, seeks to withdraw the same.

In view of the above, while allowing the abovesaid application, the present petition, without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the parties, is, accordingly, disposed of as not pressed.
