Learned counsel for the petitioner has joined the proceedings through video conferencing and submits that the FIR has already been registered against the concerned person but according to him, there is no progress with respect to departmental action. 3.
Learned counsel for respondents submits that such assertion is totally wrong and unfounded as the Department has already issued a charge sheet against the concerned delinquent official i.e. Mr. Anil Kumar Madhwal.

In view of the above said revelation of the fact, Mr. Gupta, learned counsel for the petitioner does not press the present contempt petition anymore.
