An Application has been filed on behalf of the Petitioners for restoration of the Petition after setting aside the Order dated 20.03.2025 vide which the Petition was dismissed in default.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that though the Petitioners have been discharged at the time of framing of Charge, but because the Petition got dismissed in default, the same may be restored. 3.

After some arguments learned counsel for the Petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the present Application. 4.
