The petitioner has assailed orders passed under Section 7Q and Section 14B of the Employees Provident Funds and Miscellaneous Provisions Act. Learned counsel for respondent appearing on advance intimation points out that the order under Section 14B of the Act is amenable only to appellate scrutiny. Learned counsel for petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this petition with liberty to institute appropriate legal proceedings in accordance with law. Accordingly, the petition and the pending applications are dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as sought.
