(ORAL) 1.
For the relief claimed in this petition, a Representation (Annexure P-29) has been made by petitioner-Federation to first respondent on 21st March, 2018. Learned counsel for petitioner-Federation submits that there is no response to the said Representation. 2.
In the facts and circumstances of this case, it is deemed appropriate to dispose of this petition with permission to President of petitionerFederation to supplement the Representation (Annexure P-29) within a week from today and if it is so done, then the said Representation W.P.(C) 4185/2018
(Annexure P-29) be effectively considered by first respondent by passing a speaking order on petitioner's Representation (Annexure P-29) and supplementary Representation so made, within a period of twelve weeks and its fate be conveyed to President of petitioner-Federation within two weeks thereafter, so that petitioner-Federation may avail of the remedies as available in law, if need be.

With aforesaid directions, this petition and the application are disposed of.
Copy of this order be given dasti to counsel for petitioner and first respondent.
