The petitioner seeks regular bail under Section 439 Cr.P.C. in case FIR No.324/2017 registered under Sections 308/336/506/34 IPC and Sections 25/27 Arms Act at PS Mansarovar Park. Status report is on record.

I have heard the learned counsel for the parties and have examined the file.
The petitioner is in custody since 25.01.2018. Charge-sheet has since been filed.
Section 307 IPC was added subsequently.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the role attributed to the petitioner, the petitioner is admitted to bail on his furnishing personal bond in the sum of ` 40,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Trial Court.

The petitioner shall not contact the prosecution witnesses and shall not criminally intimidate them in any manner. 5.
The bail application stands disposed of.
