O R D E R

% 06.04.2018 It is submitted that petitioners and respondent nos. 2 and 3 are living in the same locality. They were known to each other. A quarrel took place between them on some trivial issue which led to registration of FIR No. 70/2012 under Sections 308/34 IPC at police station Chhawla, on the complaint of respondent no.2.

Respondent nos. 2 and 3 are present in Court and have been identified by SI Prabhakaran of police station Chhawla. They submit that they have settled the matter with the petitioners vide Settlement Deed-Memorandum of Understanding dated 4th April, 2018 of their own free will and without any undue force, pressure or coercion, therefore, they have no objection in case aforesaid FIR is quashed.

Keeping in mind the settlement arrived at between the petitioners and respondent nos. 2 and 3 voluntarily, in the interest of justice, aforesaid FIR and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed. Petition is disposed of in the above terms.
