The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the present petition is infructuous as the Medical Council of India has already decided the petitioner's appeal in his favour. 2.

Mr Singhdev, learned counsel appearing for respondent no.1(MCI) states that although MCI was directed not to pronounce the final order, it has erroneously pronounced the said order.

Since the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition, no further orders are required to be passed in this petition. 4.

The petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
