CORAM:
HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE GIRISH KATHPALIA
O R D E R
% 27.08.2025 1.
On being pointed out that the order dated 24.05.2023, contempt whereof is alleged, can be taken through execution proceedings, learned counsel for petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this contempt petition with liberty to file execution proceedings.
2.
The petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as sought.
3.
At this stage, one of my Law Researchers points out that way back in the year 2024, she had interned in the office of learned counsel for respondent. Learned counsel for respondent submits that he did not notice the Law Researcher sitting in the court room. However, learned counsel for petitioner submits that he does not want continuance of this petition as he has now withdrawn the same with liberty.
