This writ petition is filed on behalf of the Petitioner under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following reliefs:- "A. To issue a writ of Mandamus or any other similar writ to the Respondent directing them to restore the possession of the Petitioner on the land situated in Khasra No.69/2, Village Ghonda Chauhar Khadar, Delhi.

B. To issue a writ of mandamus or any other similar writ to the Respondent directing them to convert the lease of the Petitioner from temporary lease to permanent lease on the land situated in Khasra No.69/ 2, Village Ghonda Chauhar Khadar, Delhi in view of the previous W.P.(C) 18885/2025 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. After canvassing some arguments, learned Senior Counsel for the Petitioner, on instructions from the counsel on record who is in turn instructed by the Petitioner, seeks to withdraw this writ petition unconditionally.
