The present writ petition has been filed seeking directions against the action of respondent nos. 3 to 9, for carrying out unauthorized demolition of the premises at ground floor of property bearing No. B-1/1, Plot-1, Block-B, Ashok Vihar, Phase-II, New Delhi-110052, in an unsafe and unregulated manner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has an Agreement to Sale in his favour for ground floor of the property in question, and he is also in possession of the property in question. However, demolition is still being carried out in the premises by the aforesaid respondents.

Per contra, learned counsel for the respondent-Municipal Corporation of Delhi ("MCD") submits that the MCD has not taken any action against the property in question. He draws the attention of this Court to Annexure P 2, attached with the present petition, which is a Status Report filed on behalf of the MCD with respect to the property in question in the suit no. 660/2025, and the same reads as under:

Clearly, the present is a civil dispute, wherein, the petitioner alleges that he has been dispossessed from the ground floor of the property. The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.

This Court further notes that a civil suit bearing suit no. 660/2025, in that regard has already been filed by the petitioner herein, which is pending in District Court-Rohini.

Accordingly, no orders can be passed in the present petition. 7.
The present petition, along with pending applications, is accordingly, disposed of.
