Mr. N.K. Sahoo, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, in response to the Court's query states that the name of the petitioner is already included in the provisional list.

The issue as regards the issuance of final list of vendors, who are qualified for issuance of 'Certificate of Vending', is under consideration with the respondents.

In that eventuality, in our opinion, the petition is pre-mature and, accordingly, the same stands disposed of.
