% 28.01.2025 1.
Heard the learned counsel representing the parties. 2.
In all these three intra court appeals, a challenge has been made to the interlocutory orders passed by the learned Single Judge. Ordinarily intra court appeals are not maintainable challenging an interlocutory order. Considering the nature of the order passed by learned Single Judge, we are of the opinion that no prejudice is being caused to the appellant at present. 3.
Accordingly, we are not inclined to retain these appeals, which are hereby dismissed. However, to allay the apprehension of the appellant, we request the learned Single Judge to expedite the proceedings of the writ petitions pending before him which have been renotified for 18th February, 2025 and conclude the same possibly within a month. Learned counsel representing the parties undertake that no adjournment shall be sought before the learned Single Judge in the pending proceedings except in very exceptional circumstances.
4.
Pending applications also stand disposed of.
