The respondent No.6 has deposited Rs.16,86,497/- with the Registrar General of this Court in terms of the judgment dated 26th July, 2018. 2.
The appellants are present in person in Court and have produced the pass book of their joint savings bank account No.015300 0110007020 with the Punjab National Bank, Sansad Marg Branch with the endorsement. 3.
The Registrar General is directed to disburse the aforesaid amount to the appellants in the following manner:- (i) Rs. 12,00,000/- be kept in 48 FDRs of Rs.25,000/- each for the period 1 month to 48 months, respectively in the name of appellant No. 1 with cumulative interest.
(ii) The balance amount after keeping Rs.12,00,000/- in FDRs, be transferred to the aforesaid savings bank account of appellants.
(iii) All the original FDRs shall remain with UCO Bank, Delhi High Court Branch.
However, the statement containing FDR number, amount, date of maturity and maturity amount shall be furnished by UCO Bank to the appellants.
(iv) The maturity amounts of the FDRs be released to appellants in their aforesaid savings bank account.
(v) No loan or advance or pre-mature discharge shall be permitted without the permission of this Court.
(vi) Punjab National Bank, Sansad Marg Branch shall permit appellants to withdraw money from their savings bank account by means of a withdrawal form.
(vii) The claimants are at liberty to approach this Court for premature release of the FDRs in the event of any financial exigency. 5.
Respondent No.
has deducted Rs.1,41,687/- towards TDS.
Respondent No.6 is directed to send the TDS certificate to the appellants by registered AD post within four weeks from today. 6.
This appeal has already been disposed of and need not be listed again. 7.
Copy of this order be given dasti to counsels for the parties under signature of Court Master.
