The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner, which describes itself as a Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) by the name of Fight for Deprived Community (Trust), through its Secretary Mr. Harvinder Rana.

The petitioner seeks reliefs of demolition and removal of the illegal and unauthorized construction carried out by the respondents no.4, 5 and 6 at property/ farm bearing Khasra No. 133/21, Farm No. 29B, Palam Farms, Salapur Khera, Bijwasan, New Delhi-110061.

At the hearing on 12th December, 2025, it was pointed out by counsel for the respondents that the modus operandi of the petitioner is to file writ petitions with respect to alleged unauthorized construction in various properties/ farm houses in Bijwasan area.

Taking note of the above, this Court had directed the Deputy Commissioner of Police (DCP), South West Delhi to investigate into the antecedents of the petitioner and file a report. 5.

Pursuant to the said order, a report has been filed by the DCP wherein it is stated that the tenure of Mr. Harvinder Rana expired on 22nd January, 2026 and he is no longer an office bearer of the petitioner NGO. 6.

The aforesaid report also states that fifteen complaints at Police Station Kapashera, South West Delhi and three petitions before this Court had been filed by Mr. Harvinder Rana during the years 2024 and 2025 against unauthorized construction.

In view of the aforesaid report, this Court is not inclined to exercise its powers under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to grant the relief sought by the petitioner.

Accordingly, the present writ petition is dismissed. 9.

All pending applications stand disposed of.
