The present application on behalf of respondent no. 2 under Section 151 of the CPC seeks following prayers:- "a. Recalling of the order dated 12.12.2025, passed in the present writ petition, in the interest of justice;
b. Hold and declare that Respondent No.2 has already paid the entire awarded amount along with applicable interest and that no further amount is due or payable to the Petitioner;
c. Direct the Controlling Authority under the Payment of Gratuity Act, 1972 as well as the Deputy Labour Commissioner, Shahdara, Delhi, to close/drop all proceedings arising out of Recovery Certificate No. F. 1\o. Gr/06/NE/2022/241 qua Respondent No.2;
d. Stay all coercive or recovery proceedings initiated pursuant to the said Recovery Certificate during the pendency of the present application; e. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent no. 2 submits that necessary directions may be passed to concerned authority to decide the objections raised by respondent no. 2 as mentioned in the present application in accordance with law.

In view of the averments made in the application, the same is disposed of directing respondent no. 1 to decide the objections taken by respondent no. 2 in the recovery proceedings in accordance with law.
