The present joint petition has been filed seeking the transfer of OMP (COMM) No. 65/2024 titled „Sunrise Associates & Ors. v M/s J K Tyre and Industries Ltd.'. pending before the learned District Judge, Commercial -11, Central, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi to the learned District Judge, Commercial13. Central, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi. 2.

The present petition has been filed by the parties to the proceedings jointly.

Learned counsel for the parties submits that in order to avoid any conflict of judgment and to save judicial time and proper appreciation of evidence and facts, both matters may be tried together. Central, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi, for trial in accordance with the law.

The transferor court is directed to send the complete record of the case to the transferee court.

A copy of this order be sent to the court of learned Principal District & Sessions Judge, Central, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi. 7.
