The present petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 528 of the BNSS, 2023 seeks following prayers:- "(a) Quash the order dated 06.04.2024 in SC No. 129/2020 passed by the Court of Sh.Shefali Sharma, Ld.Addl.Sessions Judge-02(North) Rohini Courts, Delhi.
(b) Pass any such or further order as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case and in the interest of justice."

After some arguments, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to initiate appropriate proceedings in accordance with law with respect to the order under challenge in the present petition.
