A Petition under Section 528 of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 read with Article 226 of Constitution of India has been filed on behalf of the Petitioners seeking quashing of FIR No.328 of 2020 under Section 306 and 506 IPC registered at Police Station Prasad Nagar, Delhi. 2.

The allegations in the FIR are that the husband committed suicide for which the wife has been made an accused.

Considering the nature of allegations, it is not a fit case for quashing of FIR.

The Petition is accordingly dismissed and stands disposed of along with the pending Application(s).
