This is a petition seeking regular bail in SC No. 82/2020 arising out of FIR No. 649/2019 under Section 302 of IPC registered at Police Station Narela Industrial Area.

The ground raised by the learned counsel for the petitioner is that as per the Nominal Roll dated 16.02.2025, the petitioner has already undergone a period of 5 years 3 months 17 days and only 20 out of 27 witnesses have been examined till date and there is delay in trial. 3.

In the present case, as per the statement of the learned APP, 20 out of 27 witnesses have been already examined and to my mind, the same is satisfactory progress of trial.

Further, even though the petitioner has undergone 5 years 3 months 17 days, the rights guaranteed under Article 21 of Constitution of The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. India can be sufficiently addressed by requesting the Trial Court to conclude the trial expeditiously and hear and dispose of the case. 5.
