The present petition under Article 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 of the Cr.P.C./528 of the BNSS seeks the following prayers:- "(a) Pass a Writ of certiorari calling for records leading to issuance of Notices dated 02.11.2023 and 27.11.2023 issued by the Respondent No. 3 and may pass appropriate directions to quash and set aside the same an all orders passed in relation thereto which imposed debit freezing of the Petitioner's Savings Account 920010064909286 maintained with Respondent No. 5; AND/OR (b) Pass a Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate Writ, The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. Order or directions, thereby directing the Respondent No. 3 and 5 to lift the debit freeze imposed on the Savings Account No. 920010064909286 of Petitioner maintained with Respondent No. 5; AND/OR (c) Pass a Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate Writ, Order or directions permitting the Petitioner or his joint account holder to utilize the amounts in its Savings Account No. 920010064909286 maintained with Respondent No. 5 bank; AND/OR (d) Pass any other appropriate Orders or directions as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.

INTERIM RELIEF Pass an Order or direction permitting the Petitioner or his joint account holder to utilize the amounts in its Savings Account No. 920010064909286 maintained with Respondent No. 5 bank"

It is stated in the petition that the notice in pursuance to which the account has been freezed has been issued from the office of Inspector of Police, Cyber Crime Police Station, Cyberabad Commissionerate, Gachibowli, Hyderabad-500032.

In view of the above, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to initiate appropriate proceedings before the court of competent jurisdiction. 7.

Leave and liberty granted.

The petition is dismissed as withdrawn and disposed of accordingly. 9.
