The present petition has been filed by the Petitioner- M/s. Dewan & Sons challenging the order dated 23rd March, 2022, by which the additional issuance of drawbacks amounting to a total of Rs. 26,20,908.36/- has been rejected by the Department of Revenue, Ministry of Finance in Revision Application F. No. 375/52/DBK/2020-RA.

This Court is of the opinion that firstly the initial drawback which was sanctioned, was not challenged.
