% 15.01.2019 After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the petition.
At this stage, the learned counsel for the parties submit that they will endeavour to assist the Court on each and every date when CC No. 108/2016, registered under section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881 (NI Act), pending in the court of Sh. Dharmender Singh, Ld. MM, Patiala House Courts, New Delhi.
The Court would note that an expeditious disposal of the criminal cases is always in the interest of the parties concerned.
In the circumstances, the learned counsel for the parties submit that they will request the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, Patiala House Courts, New Delhi, to dispose-off the case under section 138 NI Act within a period of six months from today.
The petition, alongwith pending application, stands disposed-off in terms of the above.
