% 06.01.2017 C.M.43035/2016 in MAC.APP. 666/2014 In this disposed of appeal, by this application, applicants- Gauri & Barkha, who were minor when the impugned Award was passed, seek release of the compensation amount which is lying deposited in the form of fixed deposit receipt with the Registry of this Court. Along with this application, proof of applicants attaining the age of majority has been filed.

Accordingly, the application is allowed and it is directed that the compensation amount payable to applicants- Gauri & Barkha be directly remitted to their respective bank accounts by the Registry of this Court as per rules.
