% 10.04.2018 After some hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the petition and the application filed therewith and instead seeks liberty to move appropriate application for review pointing out to the trial court that the certified copy of the counter affidavit which was filed in the record of High Court of Gujarat at Ahmadabad, has already been permitted to be taken on record and all that the petitioner seeks is to tender the said certified copy in evidence.

The petition and the accompanying application are dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed granted.
