O R D E R

% 15.02.2019 CM APPL. 47625/2018 Vide judgment dated 29th January, 2018, this Court has directed UCO Bank, Delhi High Court Branch to discharge the three FDRs and refund the amount to the appellant along with interest. Para 6 and 7 of the judgment dated 29th January, 2018 are reproduced here under:- "6. The appeal is allowed and the impugned order dated 03rd July, is hereby set aside.

The application for compensation filed by the respondent is dismissed as being barred by limitation as well as on merits.

The appellant has deposited Rs.1,95,405/- with the Commissioner, Employees'

Compensation out of which Rs.50,000/- has been released to respondent No.1 and the balance amount is kept in three FDRs by UCO Bank, Delhi High Court Branch. UCO Bank, Delhi High Court Branch is directed to discharge the three FDRs and refund the amount to the appellant along with interest accrued thereon." UCO Bank, Delhi High Court Branch has submitted the report

according to which they have two FDRs amounting to Rs.53,243/- each instead of three FDRs. UCO Bank is directed to discharge the aforesaid two FDRs and refund the amount to the appellant.

Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the UCO Bank has wrongly released one FDR to the respondent.

There is no appearance on behalf of the respondent despite service. Issue bailable warrants to the respondent in the sum of `10,000/-, returnable on 26th April, 2019.

Copy of this order be given dasti to learned counsels for the parties under signature of Court Master.
