Learned counsel for the respondent submits that a sum of Rs.65,716 has been deposited with UCO Bank, Delhi High Court Branch on 1st September, 2017.

Photocopy of the covering letter with acknowledgement is handed over and taken on record.

Copy of the same has been handed over to learned counsel for the appellant.

UCO Bank, Delhi High Court Branch is directed to keep Rs.50,000/- in 10 FDRs of Rs.5,000/- each, in the name of appellant no.1, for the period 1 month to 10 months respectively with cumulative interest. The balance amount, after keeping Rs.50,000/- in FDRs, be released to appellant no.1 by transferring the same to her savings bank A/c No.0275010906173 with United Bank of India, Asaf Ali Road, Delhi (IFSC: UTBI0ASA704) 4.

The original FDRs shall remain with UCO Bank. However, the statement containing FDR number, amount, date of maturity and maturity

amount shall be furnished by UCO Bank to the appellant no.1. 5.

The maturity amount of the FDRs and the interest be transferred to appellant no.1 in her aforesaid savings bank account with United Bank of India.

Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the Bank of India, Karol Bagh Branch is not permitting appellant no.3 to withdraw cash amount by using the withdrawal form.

Vide order dated 24th May, 2017, this Court had clarified that there is no prohibition of the withdrawal of the cash amount by the appellants from their savings bank account. Bank of India, Karol Bagh Branch is directed to permit appellant no.3 to withdraw cash amount from her savings account by using the withdrawal form.

No loan or advance or pre-mature discharge shall be permitted without the permission of this Court.

This appeal has already been disposed of on 3rd January, 2017 and need not be listed again.

Copy of this order be sent to United Bank of India, Asaf Ali Road Branch, Delhi for compliance.

Copy of this order be given dasti to counsel for the parties under the signature of the Court Master.
