O R D E R

% 27.04.2017 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has received instruction from the petitioner not to press this writ petition and the amount deposited by the petitioner be released to respondent No.6. The writ petition is disposed of as not pressed. The petitioner has deposited Rs.12,59,752/- with the Registrar General of this Court in terms of the order dated 04th June, 2014 out of which Rs.2,50,000/- was released to respondent No.6 vide order dated 06th December, 2016. The Registrar General is directed to release the balance amount along with interest accrued thereon to respondent No.6 within four weeks.
