% 06.04.2018 After some hearing the counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the captioned petition and the applications filed therewith and the petitioner reserves his right to raise the issue as supported by appropriate material, if need be, before the appellate court, in the event of the trial court taking a decision adverse to his interest, on the issue of there being inhibition under the orders of National Green Tribunal against construction over the lands situate within the radius of 10 kms vis-a-vis Okhla Birds Sanctuary. The petition and the applications filed therewith are dismissed as withdrawn.
