The present appeal has been filed by the Appellant - Satender @ Bablu under Section 374 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 against the judgment and order on sentence dated 19th March, 2008 and 27th March, 2008 respectively, passed by ld. Additional Sessions Judge, Rohini Courts, Delhi, in Session Case bearing No. 94/2007 arising out of FIR bearing No.332/2004 under Section 376 IPC registered at Police Station-Rohini. 3.
The Appellant was convicted under Section 376 IPC. It is submitted that the Appellant was released from jail on 24th April, 2013 after completing the sentence awarded to him.

The Appellant states that he does not wish to press this appeal on the ground that it has become infructuous as he has already served his sentence. 5.
The Appellant has been identified by SI Chitra, PS-South Rohini. 6.
After questioning the Appellant, this Court is satisfied that he is making the statement after knowing the consequences of the same as he has been made aware of the consequences of his statement. 7.
