BAIL APPLN. 838/2018 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on account of a typographical error in the prayer paragraph of the petition the sections of the FIR have been mentioned as 498A/406/34 IPC. However, the FIR is registered under Sections 498A/304B/34 IPC. The statement is taken on record.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the petition.

The petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
