The accused/applicant seeks regular bail in case FIR No. 999/2021 of PS Rajouri Garden for offence under Section 302/201/149/34 IPC and Section 25/27/54/59 of Arms Act.

In furtherance of last order, on being pointed out the ordersheets of the trial court on the issue of argument of delay in trial, learned counsel for accused/applicant in all fairness seeks permission to withdraw this application with liberty to file afresh before the trial court after testimony of parents of the deceased.

As requested, the application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as sought.
